Enttabuisieren und nachhaltig verankern<\/h4>\n

Der ideale \u00abGewalt frei\u00bb-Kurs, f\u00fcr eine vertiefte Auseinandersetzung und nachhaltige Verankerung der Gewaltpr\u00e4vention in ihrer Institution.<\/p>\n

Der Kurs besteht aus zwei Workshops, die im Abstand von zwei bis drei Monaten geplant werden. Der zeitliche Abstand der Workshops gibt den Teilnehmenden die M\u00f6glichkeit das erlernte Wissen und die Techniken im Berufsalltag umzusetzen, die Erfahrungen und Fragen beim zweiten Workshop zu thematisieren und zu besprechen.<\/p>\n

Jeder Workshop besteht aus einem fachlichen und praktischen Teil. Das Ziel ist, das gelernte Fachwissen in praxisnahen Fallbeispielen anzuwenden und das Wirkungsfeld zu beleuchten.<\/p>\n
