Gewalt-frei im Arbeitsalltag<\/h1>\n

Grenz\u00fcberschreitende Situationen bis hin zu Gewalt in ihren verschiedenen Formen sind im Gesundheitswesen und im Sozialbereich ein grosses Thema. Sichtbar ist nur die Spitze des Eisbergs, \u00fcber viele Geschehnisse wird nicht gesprochen. Betroffene getrauen sich oftmals nicht, sich an ihre Vorgesetzen zu wenden.<\/p>\n

Es ist Zeit dies zu \u00e4ndern, machen wir uns auf den Weg!<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Die meisten Menschen, die in sozialen Berufen oder im Gesundheitswesen arbeiten,
    kennen grenz\u00fcberschreitende Situationen oder waren ihnen bereits ausgesetzt.<\/p>\n

    Ich habe mich in meiner Wen-Do Ausbildung intensiv mit dieser Thematik sexualisierte Gewalt in der Pflege auseinander gesetzt.<\/p>\n

    Die Betroffenen erlebten Beschimpfungen und Beleidigungen, anz\u00fcgliche Blicke, das Machtgef\u00e4lle wurde ausgenutzt oder der institutionellen Struktur, sexistische und rassistische \u00c4usserungen, Tritte und Schl\u00e4ge, anfassen und begrapschen vom K\u00f6rper, bis hin zu W\u00fcrgen, Stossen und Sch\u00fctteln.<\/p>\n
